Provides an in-depth analysis of the processes and leadership practices involved in the creation of a mission driven school; includes the process of meaningfully including multiple stakeholders in the articulation of a school/district mission. Examines the complex, multi-year creation of a coherent curriculum that applies current theory to the practices of designing and assessing educational experiences.
