Leadership Development

The Center’s Leadership Development initiative provides consultation services to organizations, schools, and institutions. The primary focus of our work is assisting leaders in maximizing their effectiveness for the benefit of the organizations and people they serve. We support leaders as they navigate the change process and move their organizations forward.

Mike Ford leads a team who specializes in PreK-12 school and district development. The team is committed to being a resource and stimulus for schools and districts to grow and continue to improve, bringing a systematic research-based approach to help a district see its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; identify its most critical goals; and develop initiatives and specific actions to achieve those goals. Mike joined the Warner School after serving for fifteen years as the Superintendent of the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District.
