Ms. Dwyre is a national trainer for TransCen in the areas of transition, marketing and job development, special education, community classroom models, and self-determination. She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling with a focus on Transition and Supported Employment.   

About the Institute for Innovative Transition

A partnership of the Golisano Foundation, the University of Rochester’s Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities and Warner School of Education, the Institute for Innovative Transition provides a robust and comprehensive set of initiatives to improve the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as they transition from school age to adulthood.
