Carline will share a unique new Online Cultural Competence & Diversity Course developed by the Department of Psychiatry. Designed to improve service provision and working relationships, address biases, stereotypes, and privilege, by building cultural competences. Blackboard based, it offers a broad range of activities (articles, lectures, cultural immersion experiences, etc.) – even an independent study component designed to further enhance the course in the process.
