In preparation for the Spring 2010 Scandling Lecture with Professor William G. Tierney this evening, join professors Kiyama and Waterman for a discussion on issues relating to college access. Two articles by Tierney and colleagues addressing college-going cultures and financial aid and access for low-income students will serve as a foundation for the discussion (advance reading encouraged, but please come to learn more even if you cannot read in advance).
