Get Real! Science Campers

Middle school campers from Sodus will target sustainability science as part of the Warner School’s 2021 Get Real! Science Sustainability Summer Camp. Under the supervision of Warner graduate students and Associate Professor April Luehmann, middle school campers will conduct scientific investigations, focused on a study of apples grown at different scales, navigating water tensions in Sodus, and survival with an ecological footprint perspective, during the weeklong camp beginning on Thursday, July 22. They will then share their findings with guests and community leaders in the gymnasium of Sodus Jr./Sr. High School during the camp’s last day on Thursday, July 29.
