Finding Your Calm in the Midst of an Unsettled World

Feel like you’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster lately? You’re not alone. The pandemic has created feelings of uncertainty, fear and grief, just to name a few. This presentation will teach you practical skills that you can use to help find your calm amidst the unsettled world. You’ll experience two meditation techniques and learn how the practice of mindfulness can be an important and integral part of your healing process. 

Amy McDonald, MS, CHWP, Senior Health Educator and Certified Koru Mindfulness Teacher will join us from University Health Services to provide an overview and introduction to mindfulness. Start your week off with more clarity and new skills.
