Wednesday Lunch Hour - Using Research to Drive and Change Community Organizations and Schools

Wednesday, February 6, 2019
Noon - 12:50 pm
Genrich-Rusling Room, LeChase 215

A panel of Warner alumni will join us to talk about their research and how their organizations use research to make decisions, improve programs, and drive positive change in the community.  This is an opportunity to think broadly about the ways that the skills and knowledge gained at Warner can be put to creative and productive use outside of more traditional academic and leadership roles.

Panelists: Barbara Zappia EdD, Senior Associate, CGR, Center for Governmental Research; and Jing Che PhD, Senior Research Analyst, Office of Accountability, Rochester City School District.

Moderated by Karen DeAngelis, Associate Professor, Chair Educational Leadership and Associate Dean for Academic Programs.

A light lunch will be served. Food will be available at 11:45 am. The program will begin promptly at noon.

No need to RSVP. For any accommodation needs please contact Mary Judge at (585) 275-2454 or email at
