The partnership between the University of Rochester and East High School is now in its third year, and there have been marked improvements in a number of key areas, as well as ongoing and new challenges and changes.  We'll get an update on progress to date, as well as the key initiatives, and take a closer look at the complex work that has been happening with teachers in the areas of professional learning, curriculum development, assessment, and teacher leadership.
Presented by Susan Roberts Meier, Assistant Professor, Center for Urban Education Success, and Chief Academic Officer, East High School, and Michael Occhino, Director of Science Education Outreach, Center for Professional Development & Education Reform.

A light lunch by Effortlessly Healthy will be served. Food will be available at 11:45 am. The program will begin promptly at noon.
