Science STARS (Students Tackling Authentic & Relevant Science) is an afterschool club where teens use science to tackle issues that impact our everyday life. Through a camera lens, we are able to document our surroundings and make scientific sense of the world around us. The Film STARS of 2015 are East middle and high school students who wanted to start a revolution to make changes in Rochester, NY. We explored homelessness and environmental issues to generate four films that call for action and change in our community. Now it’s your turn… Join our Real Rochester Revolution! This event free and open to the public. For more information, e-mail help@warner.rochester.edu.
