September 24, 2014
12 - 1 p.m.
LeChase Hall, Genrich-Rusling Room

The ERGO team will discuss the complexities of collecting and analyzing seven types of data across 90 teachers in ten states in a project that involves collaboration of teams from four institutions of higher education. We will discuss the processes of coordinating analysis of interview data, survey data, electronic log data, and observational data. The team will describe how they communicate across sites, train people at multiple sites to code data reliably using qualitative software, and the process of revising study instruments.

Facilitated by Jeff Choppin, Associate Professor, Teaching and Curriculum.

Light lunch served, starting at 11:45am.  Lunch talk starts promptly at 12 noon. No reservation is required.
