Wednesday Lunch Talk - The Future of East High

October 1, 2014
12 - 1 p.m.
Genrich-Rusling Room, LeChase Hall

As has been widely reported in the news, the University of Rochester is in the process of working with the New York State Education Department, the Rochester City School District, its collective bargaining units, and the East High School community to prepare a comprehensive proposal to serve as EPO (Educational Partner Organization) for East High School starting in the 2015-16 school year. What does that mean? What's the process? Who's involved?
Stephen Uebbing, Professor, Educational Leadership, is leading this effort and will provide some background and an update on the work at East High School.

More on the UR East High partnership is available at https://www.warner.rochester.edu/centersandresearch/go/EastHigh.

Light lunch served, starting at 11:45am.  Lunch talk starts promptly at 12 noon. No reservation is required.
