Presidential Symposium: Revitalizing K-12 Education in Rochester

Read Speaker Remarks and News Coverage of the Symposium

Improving K-12 education is a critical component of revitalizing Rochester and a key concern for many of us in the community. It is also a complex problem with no simple solutions. Join us to discuss the state of Rochester’s schools and the challenges we face as a community; to explore educational innovations that are making a difference in our community; and to consider research on alternative approaches to improve urban education. Rochester’s children’s educations and their prospects for bright futures are a shared community responsibility, and it will take creative partnerships and collective strength to make the change we all want to see for children and our community.
