Kara Finnigan on the Role of School Boards in the Democrat & Chronicle
Professors Kara Finnigan and Brian Brent spoke at an Oct. 23, 2013 public forum where school board candidates discussed some of the issues facing the Rochester City School District (RCSD). During the event, Finnigan and Brent discussed the use of educational policy by School Boards in general, and Rochester’s in particular.
