Rynski worked as a senior staff development specialist for the NYS Professional Learning Center and Response to Intervention Personnel Development Project in the western region of New York state.

Currently, Rynski collaborates with Warner faculty and field supervisors to develop and sustain a cadre of high-quality school-based teacher educators—or “cooperating teachers”—to support appropriate clinical placements for pre-service teachers.  She teaches the Field Experience and Student Teaching Seminar.  Rynski is also a program coordinator for the Model for Sustainable Ambitious Mathematics Programs (MSAMP) project at East High School in the Rochester City School District.
