The Warner School's international Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) program, directed by associate professor Hairong Shang-Butler and with support from former and current Warner School students, meets Afghan refugees and immigrants where they are in the community to teach them English.

University of Rochester researchers are exploring the learning opportunities of machine learning — a subfield of artificial intelligence that gives computers the ability to learn without being explicitly programmed — in promoting scientific literacy in K-12 STEM high school classrooms.

Members of the Warner School’s Class of 2022 gathered at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre in downtown Rochester on Saturday, May 14 with faculty and staff, families and friends to celebrate the ‘ever better’ accomplishments of Warner graduates.
